Terms and Conditions

Rates for accommodation are quoted for the single or double occupancy including a child under 12 years (without extra bed), if not otherwise indicated. All Rates include local tax and service charge, and are subject to change without prior notice. For reservations the rates charged are those indicated as " Bali2 rates" at time of your confirmation of your reservation. Rates are quoted in US$ currency and billed in US$ currency.

Payment accepted by Bali2.com, a division of Bali based and registered Pacifico company, is to be made by bank transfer for hotels that provide bookings on request basis and by credit card for hotels that provide instant confirmation. You will be informed accordingly and receive the official confirmation of your reservation.

Change of booking. For Hotels booked directly the terms and boooking conditions on the hotel's reservation page applies. Hotels on request basis paid by bank transfer: US$20 administration fee is payable per room for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change of reservation is subject to availability of the accommodation booked.

Minimum required booking. The required minimum booking is 2 nights per hotel.

Extension of stay after arrival. If a client wishes to extend his/her stay at the hotel reserved through Bali1.com after his/her arrival in Bali, neither Bali2.com nor the the hotel is under any obligation to apply the Bali1.com rate applicable to the original booking to any additional nights.

Cancellation and refunds. For Hotels booked directly the terms and boooking conditions on the hotel's reservation page applies. For hotels booked via bank transfer refunds will be issued in case of a cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, minus the administrative fee of 1 night's charge per hotel room booked (includes bank refund fees already). No refunds will be made if a booking should be only partly utilized, breakfast and/or other added values are not taken, or if other services booked are not utilized.

Liability Bali1.com act only as agent for the hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall Bali2.com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), over bookings, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or by any other act not within the control of Bali1.com, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, Bali2.com at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Bali2.com in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or services.
