Just exactly what this theme is about. What would make it one of the wordpress travel themes, if you would think in categories. “On the ocean” one of the seaside travel wordpress themes. Yada yada yadda. Everyone loves the seaside, kooky, but did you actually spend a night on the ocean yet? It’s….very dark outside at night. On an endless ocean. Just the stars. And the glowing shrimp on the barbie. Anything for dessert, honey? Wow, with double coat chocolate, how in the world did you….

And now for something completely different. Let’s tone down the blue inspiration and throw some anthracite on the canvas. Ok, why not also add some sun glow on top in case the mouse wants to move over the header. Sweet. Now you might want to include a sitemap into your blog, as this theme provides a button for it. Personally do not care for sitemaps, it’s a help for lazy search engines that need instructions and do not know how to spider a site. Well, they are obsolete anyway, and helping them in any way just prolongs their misery. So, if you feel like giving those a sense of charity - include one, otherwise don’t, the smart ones can figure things out for themselves.
This travel theme will be suitable for larger sites that include a lot of inventory and categories, so they will see requirements with different eyes. I just think its gorgeous and touches more than one sense at the same time. Preview at travel theme 4 - and Download Here

One thing I really can spend time with: beaches. Ok mountains do have their charm at times. And you can get views and all that. But I like a steady breeze coming from the ocean. Your lungs go from city stress to clean state in a couple of weeks. Just by being on, or near a beach. So beach destinations are their worth in platinum just for that reason alone. Of course there is more to that….like spending the day, or the week on the beach doing nothing but playing with the waves. Interrupted only by the need to get some grilled tuna sandwich every now & then.

Well that was a long intermezzo on the beach. But I finally got back to publish
a new travel theme. And it won’t be the last one either. This one is a slight
‘reloaded’ version of travel 1 - the one that got downloaded more than anything

When you previously downloaded Tavel2 you will find that the Rss and Css images don’t show up. It’s because the path is wrong in the sidebar.php file. You need to edit them to reflect the theme name ( travel2 ) or download the single file again and simply replace the old one.

Now today I’m releasing Travel2 - a relaxed and totally non-busy beach travel theme. What’s to summer when it boils down to it and we did sweat it all out? Right, beaches and waves. We love them, and they ease our minds. It’s the ocean breeze and the feeling you get while hanging out for a few hours in the blazing sun. It just makes you feel sooooooooooh good!
